Catherine Chandler Byrd
I received my BA from Columbia College
in 1981 and my M.Ed. from Clemson University in 1984. I have been
married to Chris Byrd for 22 years. I've been a stay-at-home Mom
for 19+ years, volunteering at my children's elementary, middle and
high schools and involved in women's and children's ministries in my
church. Chris recently accepted a job to work at USC as Director
of Budgets and Human Resources for the Division of Information
Technology after working for the SC Budget and Control Board for 21+
years. We have 4 children:
Beth Anne, sophomore at Clemson University
Rebecca, 10th grade
Christopher, 8th grade
Claire, 5th grade
